We do not permanently store your CV content or personal contact details on our systems. Your CV answers and generated documents are designed to stay in an encrypted browser workspace on your device wherever practical.
What we temporarily process
Relevant questionnaire answers may be sent through our server to the AI provider to generate CV wording. Payment references may be processed through the payment provider when checkout is enabled. We do not ask for South African ID numbers, race, religion, health, criminal-history or referee contact details.
What we store
The server may store anonymous session references, package configuration, minimal order/payment records, aggregate analytics, template and questionnaire configuration, legal-document versions, and administrator audit records. It must not store CV content, employment history, education history, photographs, generated documents, cover letters or interview guides.
Your controls
You can clear the browser workspace from the app. Browser encryption does not protect information from a compromised device, malicious extension, screenshots, or someone with access to your unlocked phone.
