Will manage occupation-specific skills, tools, licences, registration warnings and certification vocabulary. This must stay as configuration, not customer data.
Questionnaire
6 launch questions are configured with privacy class, AI relevance, progress weighting and conditional display support.
Templates
20 base templates, 10 colour systems and 5 header treatments create 1,000 combinations. 15 bases are ATS-safe.
Translations
Initial interface languages are English, Afrikaans and isiZulu. CV output is English by default with optional Afrikaans. Next build-out: admin-managed message keys and publish checks.
AI Settings
Gemini is the active provider abstraction. Model, prompt version, output schema and quality gate controls need D1-backed admin editing before production.
Restricted Phrases
Will manage phrases such as generic AI openings, inflated adjectives and repeated robotic wording. Quality checks already support restricted-phrase scanning.
Spending Limits
Estimated current calculator result is R 0,25 per CV. Next build-out: daily/monthly caps and hard disable when cap is reached.
Payments
Yoco checkout is intentionally disabled until gateway review and credentials are available. Secrets must remain in Cloudflare Worker secrets.
Refunds
Will show payment/refund states only. It must never expose CV content or contact details beyond minimal business records.
Legal Documents
Feature Flags
Checkout is disabled unless `CHECKOUT_ENABLED=true` and a Yoco secret exists. Next build-out: D1-backed feature flag editing with audit logs.
Maintenance Mode
Will allow a public maintenance notice and temporary blocking of customer generation/checkout routes during incidents.
Admin Users
Only administrators have accounts. Next build-out: secure login, session expiry, invitation flow and least-privilege roles.
Roles & MFA
MFA is required before production. Planned roles: Owner, Admin, Content Manager, Support, Finance and Read-only Auditor.
Audit Logs
The audit table exists. Next build-out: write audit entries for all admin changes and show actor, action, target, timestamp and safe metadata.
